Our approval process is simple.
You let me know what you need and I will provide a layout with logo placement, size and Pantone colors for the approval process. Once the Layout is approved with those factors . CTC graphics is not liable for wrong sizes, colors, or logo placement/ look. We have a 5% misprint allowance and that does not include vendor defects if you provide the apparel. Once the apparel has been out of my hands you have seven business days to return any flawed items that have been UNWORN, UNALTERED IN ANYWAY. we are not liable for any misspelling, wrong colors or sizes that were approved.
We are very flexible with your needs and want to get your orders out asap. We are busy all year round so we do ask for a courtesy of a two week turn around time frame from when your layout and estimate are approved, and all t-shirts/ apparel are in ( if you provide them).
For web orders we ship twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. You, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees unless you order $75.00 or more. We ship via USPS and orders usually arrive withing 3-5 business days. You are also welcome to pick up at our Garden grove address.
